Who cares, this has nothing to do with Military, take the cur to a animal hospital

The 13th seems a long ways away. If the bloody stool keeps up, tell them he needs to be seen immediately, or take your dog to an emergency vet office. I have had this happen and it is usually from the medication killing the worms. This should resolve itself within a couple of days. But, if this goes on longer than 2 or so more days, insist on bringing him in, or take him elsewhere because this can lead to dehydration in puppies and it will harm their growth, or worse. Let us know what happens!

Don't wait until the 13th. Take him to the vet asap. Sometimes they develop parvo, which if not treated and found in time, it can kill them. Call the vet and explain to him/her what is going on. Good Luck and take care of the little friend. I have 2 dogs and they are like my kids.

Yes you should worry and takehim to a vet forx ray, blood tests and sonagram if neeed be. Hecould have picked upsomething lying around the house or outsidenthat could have puncturedn intestines, stmach or esophagus. Get him to a GOOD vet NOW.

Katie, I hate to point out to you that this is the wrong place to be asking about your puppy! Your question was listed under Military, is your dog in the military? Are you in the military? Please, before you ask a question make sure you are in the right category. Thanks.

Why is your puppy's bloody stool in military?

I don't much about animal health, that is why I am in the military category looking for questions.

Most likely the Meds are killing the worms and he is pooping them out. I have seen it happen with puppies being dewormed.
