I am a diabetic and it is a proven fact that by eating smaller amounts on a regular basis is better than overloading with 3 larger meals a day. 5 meals a day is okay but remember, smaller quantities. It works, I have lost 21 lbs. in weight since the last 18 months. Doctor's advice, and he was absolutely right.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Depends because in the 3 times a day , you could eat loads but in the 5 times a day you could eat eve more or too little, just eat healthy or consult your doctor and they can work a fitness plan or go to the gym and they do fitness plans to or even write what you eat and the amount of calories and for women i think its 2000 calories or something so eat below that amnount and excercise about 5 times a week or less whatever floats your boat lol. Hope ive Helped And Good Luck

Five times is supposed to be better. I think that means smaller portions and healthy meals. That's were I screwed up?
