I have a tooth tht has gradually turned into a black lump. wht has happened to it?

It's died for some reason. Not a big deal, just visit the dentist. They can do a root canal, which will allow you to keep the tooth, and possibly laminate it to improve the appearance. Just go see the dentist. It sometimes happens, but it can also be a signal that something else is going on that needs attention. Better to find that out while it can still be fixed.

if it actually turnedin to a "lump" then its decayed at rotten, but if its just black, either the nerve died, or you have a big cavity. either way, go see a dentist
