My teeth are straight, because I have used braces for a few years. However, I feel self conscious because on my upper two front teeth there are scratches on my teeth where it looks like the outer layer has worn off or something. My teeth are still straight, they aren't chipped or anything, I can't even feel the scratches, it's just that they are so obvious and is there a way to fix them, or any methods to make them unnoticeable without the expensive cost of veneers?

Ask your dentist about this. Sometimes, we can just polish the scratches out and you're done with it. It's cheap (if not free) and it lasts forever, because there is nothing to stain or wear out.

If you wait it out, they will probably just fix themselves. They'll smooth themselves out from eating and rubbing against your lips.

I'm not a dentist, though. Yea! You should ask him..

I would go to your dentist and tell them that this is a problem and you don't like it. They should be able to fix it for you.
