Once I heard it was good for the economy, if you believe so, tell me why? What is your opinion on all the whole issue.

My perspective will not be shared but here goes. If I truly felt I could provide for my family better in another country than I could in my own, I would consider going there. It is a matter of survival. Also, many of you don't remember how the draft during the Vietnam work caused American citizens to really think about going to Canada, just to avoid being drafted or sent to jail for not going. So, I am not so sure that if the tables were turned, Americans would not at least consider bailing out of here and going someplace else. I even left the USA for two years when W was first elected as that was enough of a reason for me to think this country was going to the dogs, and I am so sorry I was right.

It's good for our economy as a whole, the entire nation looks better on paper but, it drives down wages of the poorest people in the country. Two wrongs don't make a right.
I am against illegal immigration. I think it's kick in the groin to all the people who foolishly respect and obey the immigration laws of our nation. People work hard to get into the US honestly and illegals just, swim across the river. It's not fair to people who obey the law. It does hurt the poorest people of our nation. It hurts hospitals, there have been about 70 closed in California due to people not paying their bills, caused by illegal immigrants. Jails are over crowded, people do crimes and are not spending their time in jail instead they get soft sentences then shipped back across the border, freed, and they come back do it again.
Imagine how you would feel about illegal immigration if an illegal immigrant hurt you or your family.

For Immigration.... Against Illegal Immigration

Well, personally I am against illegal immigration.

I am definitely for immigration but there are certain rules set and the majority of the immigrants follow those rules but there are people who break those rules to live here and I am definitely against that.

They say it is good for the economy because they are cheap labor. Companies can hire them off the street to do simple jobs for less than minimum wage, which obviously saves the company expenses and allows them to use that money in other places.

But I would say because of the globalization movement going on and all the out sourcing to India and China, we are getting cheap labor internationally.

All lot of businesses are for illegal immigration, for that reason, and a lot of Democrats are for illegal immigration because the minorities are where they get most of their votes from. The Republicans that are for illegal immigration are usually in some sort of relationship with corporations.

We should invade Mexico. It's not a joke. They want to be here, so we make there, here. We put the whole place under martial law, do something about the cartels, and turn the place into somewhere they want to live. It's gonna cost a whole lot less in the long run than deportation, jail, welfare, healthcare, and all the other things we are paying for every time one walks over the border.

no illegal immigration
the US need to realize there is a sacrifice to make to make this happen.
such as having to buckle down and be willing to pay more for basic services so that us citizens can perform these functions instead of illegals.
business owners dealing with the long term and buckling down and universally charging the public more for these services, produce, meat, etc.
regarding immigration practices from 100 years ago, they dont apply here, the world is a much different place.

Illegals may be good for big corporations but they'll lower the wages of the rest of us and we'll find ourselves competing for jobs with people who often share a home with several other people so they can send their wages back to their home countries. That way they can live more cheaply than we can. Why will somebody pay you $20 per hour if they can find someone to do the work for $7? Think about it. Our so called "compassion" for illegals is like a Trojan Horse. We try to prove that we care about the poor and are not racist, and we end up being out of a job. I think 20 million illegals is enough, don't you?

The only difference between illegal Immigration and Military Invasion is that the military invasion is by people who show their guns and other weapons.

We have no idea who or what many of the illegal immigrants are.

How can people who are here illeagally and
not paying taxes, but getting health care and educated and so many other benefits
that I am paying for be good for the economy?
Why should the government give illeagles money when there are Americans losing their homes and jobs and the government
will not help.
Why should we let them stay here when
they do not really love America, they are
just here to take over and make it like the
place they left.

Well if I am in one of the 19 states with the 'shoot first' law, the illegal immigrant will know where I stand if he/she/they are standing in my property trying to rob and kill me.
