10 lbs per month is a good rate of loss. It is a rate where you can expect to lose and keep the weight off easier than if you lost more at a faster pace. A doctor told me that if the average adult counts calories and consumes no more than 1600 calories per day they will lose 10 lbs per month with no increase in exercise. It's a matter of fuel in - energy used. If you increase your exercise a little, even by just walking you will burn more calories and make the process easier. Believe me it works! I lost 20 lbs in 2 months with that exact program.

I don't know what or how you'll intend to loose this much weight, but for most and with a healthy eating habit , you can reasonable expect around 4-5 lbs. a week. But this way , the chance to keep it off, is much greater than using a controversial and mostly unhealthy way, for that would end up gaining most and sometime more weight back on.

That is'nt enough time to lose 30 lbs you could get in a really bad state of health just let time take it's reason dont worry if it doesnt go fast enough just try not to eat/drink anything that either says something like' lose 50 lbs in 2 months' or stuff like that. let time take it's reasons.

Unless a person is over 150 lbs. over weight, Dr.s recommend 1-2 pounds a week to keep weight off in the long term.

Enough? i think that is pushing a lot, go by weeks better 2 or 3 a week will probably and easier goal to get. After you know how your body looses weight and doing what than you can increase little by little, maybe you already did this and thats how you got to that goal, but i honestly think you should be carefull. Good luck

15 lbs, a month is a rapid weight loss, be careful as it may be too rapid. Eat healthy food and exercise, do not starve. Good luck.

that's reasonable, as long as you're not going to be very underweight when you're done. If you're 5'5" and weigh 150, that will put you at 120, which is still reasonable for a woman. If you're 5'5" and 120, you don't need to lose that much weight - you're at a good weight already.

That's a lot to lose anyway and will involve a really strict regime. Anything further is a bit over the top and likely to come back when you stop excessive exercising/extreme dieting. It can be done but it's not the healthiest amount to lose unless you're seriously obese.
