The bottom line is, you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Tell either of your parents that you have blood in your stool. The cause can be anything from hemorrhoids to cancer. This is a serious symptom and you never want to let this symptom go unchecked.
Have one of your parents schedule a doctor visit right away!

Your question is a very important one and deserves a responsible answer. If you have this condition, there are several causes. First, are you loosing weight, is the blood bright red, how long has this being going on. One possibility is polyps in the colon and should be taken care by a specialist in gastroenterology (a pediatric specialist), If you are loosing weight then it could be a bowel inflammatory problem where ulcer-like spots can bleed. If the source of the bleeding is high close to the stomach, then it could be an ulcer with a vessel of large size. If you have large stools (constipation) it should not cause that intense and large blood loss. But the bulky stool can very well pass bay the polyp (which is like a little balloom inside the large intesting) and scrape it nd make it bleed. My advise for you is the following. Go see your doctor and have him refer you to a gastroenterologist. Blood loss like that will bring other problems if you do not take care of that, such as anemia, low blood pressure and if severy, shock (you can faint). Do not get scared or alarmed. I have seen many cases. Go do what I suggest, you'll be alright. If the problem requires surgery, don't be afraid, it will not hurt since they will have you sedated and with anesthesia. Good question. It shows that you are a mature teen and a responsible person.

You very probably have a medical condition referred to as a rectal fissure. You need to see a doctor. You may at some point need surgery to correct the condition. You may go for years without a problem, but it may eventually manifest itself in a parirectal cyst. This is a sack filled with toxins from your large bowel, and it is very painful. Rather than worry, potentially for years over the problem, consult with a physician. I wish you the best.

Have you had hard stool before the blood? If you have and probably strained you caused an anal fissure. A small cut in the rectum. Have you told your parents? Usually, it's treatable with stool softeners. I wouldn't worry if that's the cause. But, tell your parents so they can give you appropriate help.
