ooo! i just made this the other day, easy as pie! (so easy i can remember it)
*You'll need about 1lb of chicken, or four breasts (skin and boneless)
* 2 or 3 roma tomatoes (diced)
* shallots (diced) (i chopped about 6 cloves)
* fresh basil (take the leaves and lay them on top of each other, roll like a cigar, and slice)
* 1/2 cup of chicken broth, or white wine
* 1/2 cup of cream (heavy whipping cream)
* pasta of your choice - i used bow tie

First, you'll need a nonstick skillet. toss in a couple tablespoons of butter or margarine. Place chiken breasts in pan and cook till cooked through - only flipping once. i sprinkled some salt and pepper on one side before flipping.
Once theyre done, place them on a plate, you'll be using them later so dont worry about keeping them warm.

Then, in same pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter in pan and place tomatoes, shallots, and basil and cook on med heat until tomatoes are soft, then add the 1/2 cup of broth. Cook until most of it has evaporated (there will be some left in pan). Then add the cream and let thicken, about 5-8 mins.

Once cream has thickened, and it now looks kinda saucy add the chicken and let cook for another 5 - 8 mins on med - med-high heat.

Throw on top of some pasta, bake some breadsticks, serve with salad, and you have a wonderful dinner!. only takes about 20 mins :D

This a broad question. What you have in the house?
Popcorn always good, homemade in peanut oil. Not the cheap expensive micro crap.
Ramen Noodle are fast. Use a little less water. Add fresh Broccoli Chopped, meat if you want (Beef, Chicken?). Add some shredded Cheddar Cheese when it done. Ritz Crackers on the side.
Any Pasta, not box stuff. Boil and add meat (hamburger cooked in skillet) cheese, veggies, sauce, it whatever you want.
Quick Lasagna? Boil some Elbow mac. Add some Pizza/Spaghetti sauce. Cooked hamburger meat. Ricotta Cheese and some Italian Seasoning. Take some Sandwich Bread and toast, butter and sprinkle a little garlic powder. When it on the plate have some fresh grated Parmesan. Yum!
Most recipes can be cut. Pasta for two think a cup or maybe a cup and ½ tops. Be plenty of Pasta. In time you learn how much you both eat and can adjust so you not have left-overs or throw away much that left.

Here just one link. It just for example. Sign up on a good site, put in your two person info, and they e-mail some good recipes regular for two person meals that take less than 30 minutes to prepare. You can Modify for your taste! But, think economy. Some recipes call for some off the wall ingredient that you never use unless you make it regular!

Whassup Tank? Here is the one you were waiting on. Place an unseasoned pork tenderloin in a crock pot and add about 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and one bottle of Jerk marinaide. (The best is the Lawry's brand and can be found on the aisle with the b.b.q. sauce.) Add enough water to come about 3/4 of the way to the top of the crock pot and cook on high for about 5 1/2 hours to 6 1/2 hours. The meat will make your whole house smell like a Caribbean restaurant and the meat is just stringy-tender. Serve this with some mashed sweet potatoes, greens and fresh pineapple that has been rubbed with cinnamon and brown sugar and baked in the oven on med. heat for at least 1 hour. Good luck brother and may God bless you.

Eggs Ala'cheek-
1. Cook hash browns (shredded) for a view minutes and add egg (which is scrammbled into the hash browns)
2. Cut up bacon into little bits and cook seperately.
3. Once everything is almost cooked, add bacon into eggs and hashbrowns. Stir it all together until it's all cooked well.

It's very yummy and easy!

Cheese optional*

Polish sausage and cabbage. Cut it up, bung it in a microwavable dish and nuke it for 20-25 minutes.
