When a dog is neutred, his reproductive organs are removed...castration might be a better word. Unless you get the sperm immediately, there will be none to get.

Its possible that he may still have some sperm in his system. He can still impregnante a female up to about 30 days after a neuter. He's not likely to, but its possible.

I'm not really sure what you are asking.... but sperm can only live for a few hours. But if the dog is neutered it wouldn't really matter.

According to our vet it is best to make sure your neutered male does not have contact with an unaltered and in heat female for at least 2-4 weeks after neuter.

Once they are nutered their sperm is gone. They can't make any new sperm at all. It cant be stored anywhere either.
