Unbolt the seat move it rear ward sit in it where you want to be Mark the carpet to cut squares of carpet and padding Use 3/8" grade 8 bolts/nuts and flat washers on both sides of the floor. Just be carefull look below the van and make sure the fuel lines vent hoses and brake hoses are out of the way of the drill bit that will allow a 3/8 bolt to pass Drill straight thru install 4 3/8" BY 2" bolts with washers down from the top and tighten to about 35 ft pounds torque. OK Daddy Long Legs your ready to go. All of this is not very safe because the shoulder harness will not drop across you properly.
