she kept on scratchin so i looked down there and there is some up there and the is blood up there too ..
i have treated her with frontline and everything else what do i do

flea bath? bomb the house. ask a vet for something for her butt hole.

Frontline and 'everything else'? Like what exactly?
If you've used Frontline spot-on and got it on the dog's SKIN, not fur, all fleas on her will be dead within 24 hours. Well, so long as you didn't buy the stuff online.
If you bathed the dog before applying the Frontline, it won't work. You will probably have to spray your house as well, since this is where most of the fleas are living. Get something from a vets, not a pet store.

If you used frontline THEN used any other flea product on it ((Flea shampoo spray powder )) It will make the frontline NOT work anymore!! Pick one and stay with it ..If you did use the other products with it you need to call the vet monday ..For now give the dog a bath with dawn get off as many as you can !!

Take her to the vet. They can give her a shot for fleas. If you have used Frontline religiously, they may refund your $$$ or help you pay for additional treatment...ask your vet.

Change your dogs diet. Get a dog food that is very nutritious (I use Blue Buffalo dog food) and try adding garlic to your dogs diet. I buy garlic tablets or capsules that are odorless and put them in my dogs food or a treat.
Healthy dogs have less chance of attracting fleas. But for now, give your dog a bath in flea shampoo every time you see fleas. Make sure your dogs butt is immersed in the water.
