How healthy are Campbells/Progressive soups to eat? Besides the sodium, are they particularly bad for you, or do they have decent nutrition? (I am referring to the non-condensed varieties, e.g. Campbells "Chunky" soup.

Well, because they come in cans, their not "fresh" and have chemical preservative that is generally not good for you(assuming your eating them everyday).

no the sodium is way too high and the vegetables are not even fresh. Once a week is ok but don't go and make them your staple food now you here?

GO WITH CAMPBELL'S HEALTHY REQUEST OR THE LOW SALT VARIETY. ON A WHOLE SOUPS ARE A MORE HEALTHIER FOR YOU/ LESS FAT/CALORIES

They are not nutritional at all!...so mcuh salt..and persoanlly I think it tatses stale....
