there is a tourny coming up and i havnt recieved the rules and i want to start training so can u send me a website?

It helps to know what type of tournament it is Aaron. TKD tournaments have different rules than open tournaments and also it makes a difference what division you are in. If it is an open tournament then most of them it is the first person to five points, kicks counting as two points, hand techniques one point, no head contact except in adult brown and black belt divisions and in the black belt divisions they also allow face contact. I would suggest that you call the tournament director on the flyer and ask him/her unless its tomorrow and then you can ask when you get there. Good luck!

they should have rules there or you could ask your teacher
