"Howard" (not his real name) is a SCAMMER.

1) No legit lender uses a Yahoo! email address.

2) No legit lender trolls message boards looking for borrowers.

3) No legit lender requires a fee upfront to do a loan.

I agree with Wayne, there's absolutely no way this is legitimate. If you send $200 to a stranger offering loans through the Internet, then you can kiss your $200 goodbye. You're far better off tallking to a real financial institution or a car dealership to arrange for a legitimate loan.
