When i run on a treadmill, my leg feels weird. The front area, not by the calf, feels tense and there's pressure there. It is usually enough to make me slow down or stop running. When i run outside, the tension is still there, but it is less pronounced. What's causing this?

Shin Splint, try changing your running shoes.

I don't know why it happens, but I found that the tension doesn't occur if you eat well about an hour before exercising. Maybe it's that.
