I don't want to munch away on junk food, so are there any healthy alternatives? Or are there certain foods that can make you feel fuller until your next meal?

I think what you are looking for is oatmeal.. in an instant you'll get full and for hours.. just add fruit bits then drink lots of water or low fat milk.. but honestly it really depends on your activity.. you can also try eggs and bread.. the technique actually is a protein food combined with lots of liquid but make sure it satisfies your taste because if not.. you'll probably lose your discipline and tend to eat more junks that is indeed satisfying in taste..
