I think you might be thinking of something other than the Bible. I know the Bible reasonably well, and I've never run across that.
Perhaps you are thinking of Genesis 19:30-38 where Lot's daughters got Lot drunk and then raped him - two nights in a row.

Its possible you are referring to Gen9:21-23. It doesn't say Ham Raped Noah. It is possible it had something to do with his mother as her nakedness would have been considered the nakedness of his father (see Lev 18:8).

It doesn't say that.
It says that Noah passed out in his tent, and his son walked in and saw him. And while people speculate that Ham did more than just see his father naked, it is clear that his brothers were rewarded for *not* seeing their father naked when walked in backwards to cover him up.
