Well, if atheists really believed in Hell, that might keep us up at night with worry.
Fortunately, we don't and it doesn't.
The only thing that is accomplished when a Christian threatens me with Hell is that my opinion that some Christians are very angry and hate-filled is reinforced and I am glad I am not one of them.

Yes. Of course. Everyone is going to Hell. But not "going," exactly; we are there.
Born into a world of pain and suffering, fear and trembling, injustice and oppression, inescapable pointless toiling, disease famine and death for some, and wealth leisure and luxury for others--it is not possible for the mortal mind to imagine a worse Hell than life itself.
This is why nobody older than 10 believes in a Hell after life. Weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth? We have that here. Been there, done that. The Eternal Lake of Fire that Burns but does Not Consume? That is child's play compared to the daily fight for existence in an unjust and actively hostile world where the honest and the hardworking are laughed at as fools, and denied more than a pittance at every turn, and powerful corporations dump their pension plans and cut wages and then still move overseas to avoid paying U.S. taxes and middle-class wages, but everything that ever meant anything to you can be taken from you in an instant with an accusation.
Our only hope of salvation was habeas corpus, and now that too is gone.
If our leaders believed that there was a possibility that they could go to Hell if they didn't live Righteously, would they launch "preemptive" wars that cost thousands of lives and trillions of dollars that do not belong to them on flimsy evidence where the purported threat cannot even be seen and can hardly be believed?
Would they continuously work by deception and doubletalk and threats of violence incarceration and bankruptcy against the citizenry coupled with the mobilization of irrational Fear of foreign invasions to limit our freedom and steal power from the Consenting Governed and give it to wealthy and powerful corporations who don't even have the right to vote?
Where is Fear of the Wrath of God among our leaders?
They have no fear; their lives and their souls are not at stake because they believe there is no one Keeping Score other than themselves.
When was the last time one of these evil MFs wondered if what he or she is doing is Right and Just, and prayed for Lord to save and keep his own Immortal Soul. Never. Never in Hell and never on Earth.
No greater Evil there is than he who invokes the Name of the Almighty to do violence and oppression on his own people.
Rot? Burn? Eternal Repentance? If there were a Hell, that alone might make the world Just and Fair. But there is no Hell.
The fear of Hell is a conspiracy of the powerful and a Tool of Oppression--so long as the oppressed believe that someday they shall inherit the Earth, and Evil will get its Due at the Hands of a Great and Just Power, the Meek will not rise up to mete out any Justice of their own.
How long, O Lord? How long?
Wait for justice and receive none.

I think if you believe in heaven and hell you'll end up in one in the end. If you don't believe you'll just fade away. But I'm not sure atheists have a soul to fade away in the first place.
And for you, are you saying hell doesn't exist? If that's true then tell me where the demons come from.

Most religions condemn non-believers to hell. There are 22 major religions, and thousands of smaller ones. Given that you only believe in one religion youre condemned to hell by lots of the others. So the bad news is that youre going there one way or the other.
Personally I dont believe in any supernatural fairy tales so I wont be going to hell, I'll just rot in the ground or be incinerated instead.

Somewhere along my quest for spiritual enlightenment, I came across this and it made sense to me. If nothing else, God always makes sense. When we cross over we have to review our life, along with the sensations of it. When we have deliberately caused another pain, we feel their pain. We also feel the pain that their pain caused others. Like a ripple in water, we feel all that pain. Now think of someone like Hitler. That’s a kind of pain I would not wish on anyone. However, it’s not just pain to punish, it is pain that teaches. Kinda like walking a mile in another’s shoes so to speak. After this we can choose to if we want to be reincarnated and return to the school we call earth. Here we work off our bad karma, and learn more quickly than while in spirit. I believe we all need to learn, and work off karma in order to work our way through the hierarchy in heaven.
Peace

Fellow Christians, do not answer this question. If you are a Christian you know this is only for Christ to make this judgment on an individual basis. Only he can judge or condemn. If he wants an atheist in heaven that is his decision. Who are we to tell him what he should do.

If hell exists (which I do not believe), I doubt they will go. I don't think the Christian god guy gives a damn about whether or not they worshiped him on hands and knees. I think he'd be more concerned about whether or not they lived good and honest lives.

Only unrepentant ones. I used to be an atheist for 20 years, but now I have the assurance of Christ that I'm going to heaven, and not because of anything I've done, but because I placed my faith in Him.
And you are partially right, Hell does not "currently" exist, but it will, at the end of the Millennium, when the wicked of all ages are resurrected to judgment.

I am neither christian or atheist but doesn't God forgive you of all your sins when you die. If that is the case there is no such thing as Hell as everyone, whether they are good, evil, atheist, gay, straight, fat or thin will end up in Heaven.
