I make these mushrooms stuffed with sausage, cream cheese, sour cream, and green oinions. My cookie sheet has disappeared, and I need to make these now......(party tonight). Any suggestions of something i can use in liu of a cookie sheet? Thank you in advance!!!

Take a sheet of heavy foil, like used for turkey roasting.
Fold the edges around the wires of your oven rack.

Cake pan, Pie pan, pizza pan, Broiler pan,Tin foil stretched over a cooling rack, cast iron frying pan,Cooking pot lid turned upside down (without a plastic handle) Look Around your kitchen, there are probably 30 or more items you can use. Think out of the Box!!

I use any similar size oven proof dish and line it with tin foil

Foil or a roasting pan, anything that is oven proof you could use if they will fit.

take any dish that can withstand the oven... like a casserole dish, or w/e and line it with foil.... put your goodies in it and well-a-ah you've got your self an answer!!
