If you are on active duty, you risk court-martial or Article 15.
If you are in reserve status and they just catch it during an inactive duty tour, they won't be able to say whether you used the drug while subject to the UCMJ. You risk administrative sanctions (administrative reduction in grade, admininstrative discharge) but no UCMJ action.

There should be a random drug test conducted once a month. So probably will be one random test when ever you drill once a month. Why would you even want to know? This is a requirement to take random drug tests. There will be one given at 100% once or twice a year.
Enlisted E-1 threw E-4 will be on extra duty and lose rank and money
Enlisted E-5 and up will lose rank, money and dishonorable discharge
Officers all rank automatic dishonorable discharge

My old battalion it was a field grade article 15. 45 days extra duty, 45 days on restriction, 1/2 months pay taken out for two months, E-4 or below all your rank, E-5 to E-6 they drop you down one rank. If they where a E-7 or up it went to court martial.
Second offensive they chaptered you out of the army on a general discharge.

they kick you out I haven't heard of criminal charges in a while but they can if they wish bring up a court marshal for it.
When I was in during the 5 year period there was about 15 people caught on drugs and all where chaptered out dishonorably except one they got him help I don't know why or what the difference was.
reserves they will probably just chapter you out.

I've known of leniency, in which the offender had a positive urine drug screen in the morning and was standing outside the gate in civilian clothes in the afternoon.
