Bengals are very human orientated cats but I have never heard of one being aggresive, it is not in the nature of the breed. Maybe he is bored, find him suitable toys to play with and start giving him less attention. I know this is very hard with such an affectionate breed but it may be the answer.

You need to be talking to him a lot more. Include his name in the talking and get him to follow you from room to room. Give him a different toy in each room to play with. A ping pong ball in the bathtub, some catnip in the living room, a bottle cap off a soda bottle in the bedroom.

He's bored. He needs to be included in things, he needs to work off energy by playing. Lift him up on the bed and brush him. Leave an old sock with some catnip inside laying next to him when you're done. He needs distraction from fixating on you with his mouth, and inclusion in your life.
