i know i cant eat pizza, but what abt just scrapping off the toppings with the cheese?

No, all the toppings will still have carbs in them, the sauces alone would be full of sugar, which of course is carbs. And the vegetable toppings would also be carbs.

Pizza would probably be one of the foods that is the least compatible with a no carb diet.

Maybe you should look into a low GI diet instead, it is a lot healthier anyway and easier to stick to.

No.. pizza is mostly bread. Bread is carbs. Therefore, no pizza on a low carb diet.

If you can somehow make it without the pizza crust. I love pizza. It is so hard to not indulge when you are cutting back. Good luck to you.

You will then get a lot of fats (from the cheese).
If you want the taste, without all the negative impact:
Take a whole-wheat wrap, coat it with tomato sauce,
Use lo-fat cheese slices, with lots of veggies;
tomato, green pepper, mushrooms, onions, olives, etc.
Place it under the broiler just to melt the cheese.
Roll it up to eat it without too much mess.

well no carb diets usually aren't the best for you. so thats the first error. dieting and losing weight is all about proportions. eat what you want, but don't go overboard!

Don't go on a no carb diet. It can lead to kidney failure. Find a sensible way to lose the weight.

No, but I guess if you are really hungry and being a little tented and working really hard on your diet, then I guess just one or two slices won't hurt. But try not doing it too often.
