You get a star for giving blood.
I believe the vast majority of Christians would gladly accept it.
As for the few who wouldn't- I have heard of some racists not wanting to accept blood from a black donor because they thought it was inferior.
There are no limits to the stupidity that intolerance produces.

Of course...being a heathen doesn't mean you are any less human...and it doesn't mean you can never be saved by Christ.

All human beings are sinners, and only by Christ's righteousness can anyone be saved...so none of us are better than another person...God loves us all.

He does not love what some of us do ((I should say, what all of us do some of the time, and what some of us do all of the time, and what many of us do some of the time))...but He loves all of us.

There is always purpose in life...because God exists.

Receiving blood from a "heathen" by a Christian could be humbling to a self-righteous individual who thinks heathens are somehow of less worth.

Christ spent His time with sinners...and He was ridiculed for it by the Pharisees (strict religious leaders).

He came to save sinners and all of us are sinners...so how is it showing Christ's love in denying a gift of love from someone who is considered lost? God can make even a merely uncomfortable situation into an opportunity for good.

Of course being loving doesn't include accepting stolen property from someone, we do have to be discerning...etc etc ;)

Take Care and God Bless you!

Chances are the Christian would not know who gave the blood should a medical circumstance arise that requires them to receive blood. Blood stored in a blood bank is labeled by blood type (A, B, etc.) and not by religious affiliation.

*Achem* okay. I myself am also a "heathen" but i do respect religions that are not my own so that when the time comes along, I have the knowlege that what ever backlash some one is giving me is not from my choice deity but from their own stupidity. Now, as for your question... if you were ******* dieing you wouldn't be able to say, 'no not that blood ewww.' Moron... asuming that the person recieving the blood is a devote christian then they would asume that what ever help they were recieving was a gift from "God" and would accept it with undieing faith. You, in turn are the one doubting the good faith of your fellow HUMAN BEINGS...

Biblically-speaking, born-again type Christians who believe the Bible to be the literal word of God should not accept blood transfusions, even if if it would save their life (though of course many do!):

Acts 15:20 :

"But that we write to them to abstain from things polluted by idols, from sexual immorality, from things strangled, and from blood."

(This is why those wacky Jehovah Witnesses don't do surgery, etc.)

Of course!
Would you accept blood from me?
I am a Christian.

IF I could give it, and I did, would you? Do you think I am such a low life because I am a Christian that my blood would contaminate you?

I don't see why not. Blood donation is a very Christ-like act.

Of course, if I needed it. Giving your blood to save another is a very Christ-like thing to do and I admire you for it!!

Yes, Christians aren't supposed to judge or condom others and can therefor share with and even be friends with, as you called yourself, heathens.
