You are still at a very amateurish level.. you are not feeling the song and you are way to shy. You need to work the camera.... just like you would work an audience. It is hard to tell about your voice since we can hear Carrie loud and clear... but from what I could make out , you tended to be pitchy and unfocused on your notes. You will have to practice scales to hone in on your notes. There were also a few bad habits that you will need to iron out but all in all you are more talented than the average bear, Keep working at it. How old are you, 14?

i think you are just beginning to sing right?
you still seem shy with singing a song like that
just need to learn a more about singing
you're decent :) and i don't think it will take THAAT much work to get you better!

Its pretty easy to sing with a CD. Do it again by yourself, that'll tell the truth of whether you can sing or not.
