Well, a Go-Go dancer is someone who dances (sort of an adult entertainer, but they do not take off their clothes).
A Go-Go person is a person who is constantly on the go. Always moving around. They have way too much energy! I wish I had all that energy! lol

The only Go-Go I know about were the Go-Go dancers in the 60's. Discos were big and the dancers would be on stage with the bands dressed in mini skirts and go-go boots dancing to the music. All groups had go-go dancers. If it has a new term, then it might be someone who is constantly on the go.
