Hallo Laura,
pricing medals can be tricky, it depends on the condition of the medal, the condition of the ribbon, etc..etc..
Boer War medals were issued for service in Africa and if with bars naming locations of battles can command a high price it also depends on who the medals are named too, this should be stamped on the edge of the medal, Number, Rank, Name, Unit.

Bronze & Silver Stars are American Awards.

Military Buttons unless extremely old ones have a relatively low value.

If you care to I.M. me maybe I can help you further as there is no possibility to attach pictures for identification of medals and ribbons here.

Good luck getting this answered, I asked a similar question and got nothing.

However, you might want to see if there are any WW2 re-enacting groups in your area. They usually have a war historian who can help determine what your items are.

Good Luck!
