Cymbalta, specifically.

I want to celebrate finishing a midterm - and the change of seasons....by sitting in the sauna for an hour....
Just wondering if it would be ok

Should be fine.
Duloxetine hydrochloride (Cymbalta) is extensively metabolized with a half life in the 12 hour range. Even if you still had blood levels of the protein bound drug, a little dehydration should not cause any major problems for you.

Do a sauna once a week for the rest of your life, then you will not need any med.
You can celebrate whenever and wherever you are, especially your existence!
I can't give any medical advice. I don't know what 'Cymbalta' is. I am not a health professional. So my advice can't be taken seriously and so has no value at all. This is stated that you don't sue me for any of the changes in your personality which might occur because the value of your established measurement shifted to another level due to the practice of meditation (NOT medication) or other noncommercial activities.
