Check out your Yellow Pages for Upholsterers. There are many small businesses that do it. It isn't inexpensive. It's much less expensive to buy new even with a top of the line fabric choice. So unless the piece is an antique or has some personal attachment issues, it usually isn't the cost effective way to go.

You have to go to a reupholsters shop. Some places sell the fabrics but don't do the work.
