It takes a LOT for me to laugh, & I am NOT good at telling jokes. When my boyfriend and I go out with his brother and his girlfriend they are always laughing together, telling jokes to each other, etc. & it makes me feel so boring. I love my boyfriend VERY much, but am just worried that I am much too boring of a person for him to be with. Am I the only one who feels this way?

some people are not just as outgoing or natutally funny. the thing that worries me is that you are getting down on yourself.. that can be a sign that you have some self esteem issues. which is never good. but obviously he sees something in you that he likes.. thats whats important. if he didnt want to be with you he wouldnt be there! Cheer up! its gonna be okay.. you shouldnt have to even think about changing yourself for anyone else!

It all has to do with everybody being different and finding a good match. I am not good at jokes and neither as my girlfriend. There are times we don't hardly say much of anything during dinner (and that's just how we are). Yet, we have been happy together for 12+ years.
I'd say this is a good time for you to have a talk with your boyfriend? Talk to him about how you are and what he thinks. I bet, you'll find, he appreciates you just the way you are.

The worst thing you could possibly do is compare yourself to other women AND compare your relationship to those of other people.
Your boyfriend is with you because he likes you.
The question is....are you bored in your relationship?
Does your boyfriend appear to be bored?
Is your boyfriend always laughing and telling jokes?
Accept yourself the way you are.

i feel exactly the same.My mom says it is probably because im near the end of the family of 7 so ive learned to hold my tounge.Ive started to grow out of it.At home im pretty much the same but at school, with my freinds im now about the most outgoing ppl EVER!

Quite honestly, not being a comedian doesn't mean you're boring. Also, it all depends on what he thinks of you. As long as he loves you, just appreciate that and don't be insecure :). Hope that helps :P
