I've posted this question in 2 places beccause i dunno where to put it.

A group of friends and I wanted to go out to the city tonight. Our age groups range from 17-21 (yes...idk) and everyone wants to go somewhere we we can get drinks. Are there any cool places in the city that don't check for I.D.s?

I know this kinda is a bad question lol but...

You shouldn't be drinking if you are under aged and anyone that answers this question with the name of such a place is potentially a party to a felony.

Do not attempt to get into a club and get yourself embarrassed at the door. New York is very strict when it comes to checking id's, most places have electronic machines to check for validity....If you go to a restaurant then you all could sip from the person who is 21.I would not recommend this of course because it is against the law..Just drink before you go out and don't drive.........And 17 is too young, I am only suggesting this to the people who are adults (because I think adults should be able to do what they want)

Unfortunately CBGB's is closed. I would've let you in. Because we were established in '73 our permit was kept at 16 to enter 21 to drink. As for the drinking possiblity, that was a no-go. For one if you got hurt in the club Mommy and Daddy would sue us. I don't think there's any establishment in NYC that doesn't check. The liability is too high. Try a Bodega and go to the park!

If there are, they should be closed for violating the law.
