I would take 1-3 days off a week. I've heard that if you work out everyday very hard everyday it could actually hurt your body because your body can go through changes.

You should take days off if you want to see any improvement. It isnt the actual workout itself that is going to make you stronger or leaner, it is the recovery after. Your breaking your muscles down and you have to give them time to rebuild. If you do not, you will overtrain and will likely get injured and burnout. Hope this helps

Take a day off once a week, at least, and let your body rebuild and regain energy.

Run everyday
Lift the same body parts every other day
Have a routine like
Monday-Chest Tricep
Tuesday-Abs, biceps back
Wed- legs
rest
repeat

i say no less than 5-6 days of excercise out of seven if you want to cut the fat
