Whether you think you can afford it or not, you HAVE to get him to the vet. That is your responsibility as a pet owner. The vet will probably be happy to set you up with a payment plan so that you can pay off the bill over time. Don't mess with home remedies (like the pedialyte someone suggested) as if you don't know what is causing the bleeding, you could end up doing more harm than good.

How much blood is it. Please don't panic unless it's a profuse amount. If that's the case yes find a vet Immediately. Chances are he probably ate something that pierced the bowel
How much does your dog weigh? Is he UTD on all shots worming's etc??? What color is the blood dark red, bright red??Chances are your not going to find a vet open now unless there an Emergency vet. Give him, her 1/4ml per pound of body weight of Kaopectate. This might help the irritation in the bowel. If it does not improve then you need to consider taking your dog to the emer. vet for treatment.
I am not a vet please use you own judgement!!!

Well is he eating or not, is he lying in puddles of water or is he looking for damp cool ground? Your dog may have parvo if he's not eating and looking for a cool place to lay, or if he's eating and seems normal other than the bleeding he may have worms, get your dog to the vet soon, it would be prudent to do so.

Take him to the vet. If when he is voiding/urinating he likely has either a UTI or prosthetitis if he isn't already altered. Bleeding in males is not normal so please take him to the vet -- it is a horribly uncomfortable (i.e. painful) condition and can lead to urosepsis and death without intervention.

If when he is having a bowel movement/ deficating he could have parvo, internal paracites or internal injuries. Either way, not something you need to be trying to predict or treat.

Take him to the vet asap, he may have internal bleeding, you should also check his rectum if the blood is bright red because he could be just bleeding externally. Your best bet is the vet...NOW!

He should be taken to the vet as soon as possible. This isn't a matter that should wait. Call your vet, I'm sure they can see him immediatley or provide advice over the phone about what to do before they can see him in their office.

Take him to your Vet asap. That could be a sign of a very serious condition, such as: Parvo, Heart worms or some intestinal parasite.

bleeding is not normal and should be checked by a vet immediately.
It could be something simple as a urnary infection to something very serious.
PLEASE GO TO THE VETS IMMEDIATELY
