My friend's cat has been defecating in her neighbours garden, and he's really mad. What are somethings she can do to get rid of the smell?

It is a pain in the neck but the best thing to do is remove it and a few inches of soil and water the whole place down several times. The local pet store should have a pee neutralizer. Cat pee is industrial strength especially from intact males.

The cat will likely be back unless he does something with the garden. He can place big rocks or stones on top of the soil to keep them away:

Cats have an extremely solid ammonia scent of their urine and feces. This is going decrease back to the days while they have been great cats, like lions, and had to mark their territory, to stay away from different great cats from looking and mating on their land. did you be conscious of that for the time of Africa a great cat inclusive of a lion needs 2 hundred miles of territory to seek in! properly, the undesirable information is, that it quite is amazingly complicated to rid your self of this smell. mom Nature meant it to be this variety, even rain does not wash it, away. Going around with a pooper scooper, and digging up the poop, and double-bagging it into the trash, will help. i might desire to point vinegar, yet which will kill grass. So sorry, kitten!

Pick up the poop and dispose of it in the garbage. It's a no-brainer. That or put a spade full of dirt over it.

It's just poop, it'll fertilize the ground.
