Does any one know of any places like grociery stores that have a good gluten free products. Grocery stores, resteraunts, bakeries what ever need help thanks

Spouts! grocery, Kosher bakeries (Katz) on central also deli,Jamba juice? Some Chinese resturants (Mu-Shu) 15th ave.

Hi! This is what I do whenever I travel:
Go to www.csaceliacs.org
Click "Local Support"
You should find a support group in at least Phoenix.
Contact that leader via phone or email (whatever their contact info says). Explain that u will be visiting (or whatever reason u will be there). Ask if they can recommend any good places!

These vary around the country:
Outback and PF Changs have GF menus in store.
Chilis has one online.

Whole FOods, Wild Oats, Trader Joes and local health food stores are usually great at carrying GF foods.

Online shopping is best for your 'daily' GF needs!

Trader Joes and Whole Foods sells gluten-free products.
(A new food chain called, Fresh and Easy is opening soon, they may or may not have stuff)

I know that Outback has a gluten free menu. You should ask any restaurants that you go to, they might have the same.
