I just started watching last week and i want to know why Clark's girlfriend Lana is so evil. ANd any other important information or just a cite would be great.

She isn't evil. The character used to be very passive, but she has grown up and doesn't view the world with rose colored glasses anymore.
She was in love with Clark for so long and during the time he had no powers they were together. When he got his powers back he was afraid he would hurt her or someone would use her to get to him so he backed off from getting closer. She ended up falling for Lex who betrayed her by making her think she was pregnant and then that she lost the baby.
All this combined has made her a tough person. One not likely to fall victim anymore.

Lana's nt evil its just that so many people have tried to keep her and clark apart one of them is lionel Luthor. - Lana was gonna run away with clark but lionel threatened 2 kill clark. whole jist is meteors cam dwn infected loads of people now lex luthor wants to capture all of them and make them into his army and find out clarks secret. wich episode u up 2 n e ways
