I think you have head lice. They are in your bedding, your pillow, and possibly your mattress. Throw out all pillows and buy new ones.

You need to wash **everything**, or have it dry cleaned. Hire a professional to come in and clean carpets, furniture, mattresses and box springs. I would send the draperies out for dry cleaning also.

You need to go to the druggist and get some lice medicine.

Sounds like lice.

First thing to do is to cover your mattress and box spring with vinyl coverings. Wash the bedding, and vacuum everything, curtains, carpets, couches, chairs, everything.

There are some dust mite products that you can buy from allergy relief stores medical supplies, etc., but if it were me, I'd find a super air filter and install it in my house. A good air filter can zip 99% of allergens, viruses and everything bigger than that out of the air from your house.

I hope you find the answer to your dilemma.

I used bleach on my dust rag, dusted everything, bought new pillows and bought pillow vinyl zippered covers, also bought a vinyl zippered cover for my mattress, after dusting off everything and mopping the whole house with bleach. I finally got rid of them. I also washed all my sheets and towels in hot boiling water. I bought a bottle of NIXs for lice and poured some on my wash towel and use it to bathe with, used it all over my body and got rid of the mites that must of been on me.
Finally a good night sleep.

Good luck with your bugs

If they are in your hair they could be nits, the white sogggy things probably eggs. Have your hair checked and treated, hoover daily, hoover your mattress and change your pillows. (Fact: 25% of a 5 year old pillows weight are dust mites!).
Don't panic you can sort this.

You are making this up?
You can't see them. And you can't get rid of them.
It's like saying I have to get rid of bacteria in my gut or on my skin. They are there and that's it.
God, if you were a microscope you'd be mad by now.
Don't share them peanuts on the bar if you are worried about stuff like this - they did tests once and found that they aren't salty for the obvious reasons.
The more germs, bugs, mites, whatever one comes into contact with the more resistant to them you get.
Stop been a looney tune and enjoy life.
Even cheese has bugs on it. I bet that's freaked you out now.
Every time you touch a coin or a note, a bannister, a door handle. You use the loo and wash your hands and dry them but then you pick up your handbag that you carried out of the loo with you. You then touch the very same door handle that was touched by someone hasn't washed their hands after using the loo. They were probably picking their nose at the same time.
You are still here though.
My boss, his wife and his son use the loo and don't wash their hands afterwards and I have to use the same keyboard as they do. Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting but I am still alive.
I have to shake hands with a man who has learning difficulties every sunday - he is a hygen-disaster with sweaty palms and stinks even from a distance. But I am still alive. (Anyway I get my own back now - before I meet him I go to the toilet, splashing pee all over, poke my nose, scratch my sweaty balls and poke my hairy **** then I go and shake hands with him. It stops me from getting paranoid.) He really is a stinker but he is still alive and indeed surprisingly healthy.

Vacuum your mattress, your pillows, wash your sheets once or twice per weak. The more you clean, the better and the itch will go away for a while.

Your immediate environment is grossly infected. I think someone should call the board of health. They don't bite you because by now you are their host and or you are numb to it.
Those white things are the EGGS and the black dots are probably their fecal matter.

Get your hoover out quick. Suck them all up. Are ya sure they are really there? Hoover every day. Everything, even the bed. Change the bedclothes everday. Could they be ants?
