Eat LOTS of small but really healthy meals all day long. Focus on dark leafy greens, vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and healthy nuts. Exercise regularly and you should be fine!

and nibble on chewing gum, it's ment to raise it by 15%

try walking a mile every day
lecitin (i think thats how you spell it) its found any where supermarkets drug stores it speeds up fat break down....

You can't, unless you use laxitives which make you go to the bathroom more often, but thats pretty bad for you. Just stick to exersizing.
