1.) That when people vote for a Best Answer, they don't read all the answers. They vote for the first answer, no matter what the question or answer is. I've sent countless questions to vote, in the interest of fairness, and if the first answer is a simple "yes", "no", "LOL", etc., 99% of the time it will earn B.A. It's a testament to the laziness of most people, and it also indicates that most people here care more about points than anything else. I'm not here for the points, I'm here to have my say about any given topic, as well as find out how others think.

1) That this section isn't several sections. Christianity, atheism, Islam, etc. all deserve their own sections. Honestly, I think Baptists, Catholics, Evangelicals, Pentacostals, etc. all deserve their own sections.
2) People answering who have no business answering the question. e.g. Q: "What do you think Acts 2:38 says about the role of baptism in Christianity?" A: "God does not exist, and the sooner you realize it, the happier you will be."
3) "If God and Mary weren't married, isn't Jesus a bastard?" and similar disrespectful questions. Christians do this to other religions, too. ("If your really a witch, why don't you hop on your broom and fly out of here?, etc.)
4) People arguing from ignorance.
5) People asking very sincere questions like, "Does the Holy Spirit move people to believe in the Bible, or does He only work once that belief has started in someone's heart? Explain your answer," and then giving best answer to something like, "I think the Holy Spirit is awesome!" when some people obviously put a LOT of time and thought into their answers.

3. When a person asks specifically about an attribute of God and the atheists pipe in and say "You don't have to worry about it cause there is no God. I hate that crap.

**drumroll**

1. Askers who don't pick their own BA. I hate that. No seriously. I often go through a lot of trouble to give a well thought out answer, and then they let it go to vote. When that happens, i do tell my dad and brother which answer is mine so people who post something similar to the above don't undermine all my hard work.

1. Asking "sincere" questions that are nothing more than a pathetic attempt to spread lies and slander another religion.
2. People who misspell athiests even after being told how to correctly spell it numerous times.
3. Answering a question by witnessing to the questioner, no matter what the question is. I saw this once when the question was "how do I write a love letter to my boyfriend".
4. "Why are atheists in R&S" or any such idiotic question that has been asked tens of thousands of times.
5. People who ask a question to atheists and then choose as best answer another Christian who only slams atheists and doesn't answer the question (same goes for the questions asked to Christians where an atheist who doesn't answer the question gets best answer).

People who answer just for points. This includes people who say the questioner hasn't specified what they want to know, when it is blindingly obvious what they want.

Questions begging people to star it.

People giving a perfectly good answer a thumbs down.

A crap answer being voted best -- usually it's only the first few that get read, so the best answerer doesn't get the credit for the trouble they went to.

Children posting what is definately homework because they can't be bothered doing it themselves.

1) Spreading misinformation about science.
2) Using the Bible to prove the Bible. (Circular reasoning.)
3) Claiming that atheists really (secretly) believe in God.
4) Answers that have nothing to do with the question.
5) Saying things like "I'll bet you can't answer THIS!" and then after getting dozens of excellent answers, saying "see, I knew that none of you could answer it!" because they aren't getting the answer they're looking for.
