Tramadol is an analgesic derived from the opium family (Same as heroin).
I was given these after an operation I had which left me in severe pain and the effects were that I felt like my mind and body were not connected. I guess its the closest feeling to being "high" (never having taking drugs before). Its not a nice feeling and you would do well to stay away from them unless medically prescribed.
They do have a relatively high dependency rating too!

Tramadol is marketed as not being an opiate, but it's basically a narcotic anyway, and people have been abusing heroin, morphine, and other narcotics for a long time. I don't get it, either, but some people like the feeling. One added possibility with tramadol is seizures, but that seems not to bother people who like the buzz.

tramadol do have some side effects
most strong painkillers do
but people are playing with a loaded gun
they should never take medication that
is not perscribed for them.
when I had co-codamols go missing
from my prescription I thought oh
daughters got the growing pains
but when it started that strips were
going missing it was something more serious
her and her pal were addicted to them
co-codamol is like 1 step below df118
which are heroin based .
advise your Friend to stop before she goes to the
next level. heart break is just around the corner

Tramadol is a strong painkiller which can have strange effects when taken with alcohol.
Best to be avoided without medical supervision and definitely not taken with drink.

I think it's a synthetic opiate and addictive.
Think about it.

It's an opiate, like heroin...thats why! DONT do it! It is horrible to come off, even if you are prescribed it.
