For dinner tonight I have a leg of lamb to roast, with parsnips and potatoes.

Often on a Sunday, I will cool a whole sole, baby salmon or some other sort of fish.

Curried Chicken

Croquettes, Sausages, Pasta, Fried Rice, is a typical weeks menu for me.

Appetizer is feta, red pepper, olive oil, and cayenne, blended in a food processor, refrigerated for 2 hours, then served on toasted thin baguette slices. I'm thinkin' a big martini would go great with this.

Main dish is chile verde from Trader Joe's. Everything you need is in one package, and you can do stove top or oven. With a thick sliced tomato from my garden on the side, and flour tortillas.

Dessert is apple pie flavored ice cream.
