My last question which started out by saying 'Merry Christmas' was greeted by 7 answers thus far . One had something positive to say , and the other 6 had everything from hatred and anger , to ambivalence and disconnect .

Where Have All The Flowers Gone ? Do You Answer Angrily or Negatively ?
While you're pondering , enjoy this Christmas tune , best remembered from one of the Christmas cartoons(Rudolph maybe) .

Holly Jolly Christmas

Have a holly, jolly Christmas;
It's the best time of the year
I don't know if there'll be snow
but have a cup of cheer
Have a holly, jolly Christmas;
And when you walk down the street
Say Hello to friends you know
and everyone you meet

Oh
ho
the mistletoe
hung where you can see;
Somebody waits for you;
Kiss her once for me
Have a holly jolly Christmas
and in case you didn't hear
Oh by golly
have a holly
jolly Christmas this year

You know, if someone kept going to the GLBT section just to trash people, he or she would be called a bigot or a closeted gay with "issues."

So what does that make the atheists here?

Earnest...Merry Christmas to you and your's.

And yes..you are right...Holly Jolly Christmas was sung by Burl Ives in Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer.

There is way to much negitivity in this section I agree! There reactions come from guilt or the feeling of being left out or maybe they are just numb and are bitter about life and nice happy people.

btw I answered your other question!
you have a good day and merry christmas.

Give it no energy, it will go away, and play somewhere else.

Give energy to the lovely, and loved.

Thank you for your holly jolly christmas and the kiss at the end was nice.

Blessings to you my friend
Peace in the heart

Merry Christmas, and have a very blessed New Year. I guess when people don't know the love a God that is the response you will get. Have a blessed day, and always know that you are blessed and highly favored.

The Left hates religion and freedom. It is easier to brutalize people if you accept that you will NOT be held accountable at some future date. The ultimate punishment of Hell has been what has made Christianity the peaceful religion as opposed to the Atheists, who have slaughtered and tortured millions upon millions of their fellow humans.

It's supposed to be Religion and Spirituality section, but it should be renamed Hostility and Anger section. I'm sorry you were met with such hostility and anger with your other question and possibly this one as well.
Merry Christmas to you too, and may all your wishes come true.

I know what you are talking about....I sincerely think they are trying to intimidate us. If they are blasphemous enough, maybe we will stay out of the section and let them have it. I would not spend that much of my time in a section named" Tolerant and loving atheist"...they exist in my mind as much as God exists in theirs.....yet they love to shock us with their mockery...

Not to worry, I know who's side I am on, and more importantly, who is on my side..

Merry Christmas, for the first time this year, with hopes there will be hundreds more to follow.
