Pointless. Angels are immortal beings; their essence is totally different from man's. They don't need salvation, prayer or anything else of that nature. Besides, Satan is already condemned. He lost everything when he was cast down from the Presence of God.

Satan is not a "sinner" but the originator of sin.

Why would you pray for Satan? Didn't God create him, knowing full well ahead of time that he would turn out evil? Oh, by the way, this shoots down the theory that God is perfectly good, since he singlehandedly created all of the evil in the world in the form of Satan.

Not a theist, but I have to agree. Perhaps God, being all loving, and all forgiving, will hear the prayers for the fallen angel Lucifer and offer forgiveness and amnesty. Do away with hell altogether, and do away with the awful practice of separating loved ones in heaven and hell, leaving one in anguish, and the other in just as much anguish for his lover's sake, based on lifestyle and service to God.

Actualy, Satan is going to run Hell.. so his job assignement is all set up since the "Foundation of the Earth" -- There is a lot of work in Hell --- NO DAY OF REST day or night... Sweet Jesus didn;t mention the Devil in his revelation of Hell...

Christians will get some of the first seats in Heaven to watch how the vast majority of the human beings will be tormented in a sulfuric fire for ever and ever... They won't be tormented by Satan, but by Christians and eveybody else in Heaven.

Luke 16:23-25 (NIV) (Sweet Jesus says) And being in torments in Hell, he* (*a rich man in Hell) lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. “Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’ But Abraham said, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented. (Hey, these are words of Sweet Jesus!)

Revelation 14:10-11 "he, too, will drink of the wine of God's fury, which has been poured full strength into the cup of his wrath. He will be tormented with burning sulfur IN THE PRESENCE of the holy angels and of the LAMB* (*aka God the Son Jesus Christ, and some Christians who will ALWAYS be with him wherever he goes/John 17:24). And the smoke of their torment rises for ever and ever. There is no rest day or night for those who worship the beast and his image, or for anyone who receives the mark of his name."

LOL!!!
I love this question. This is too funny.
There just is no praying for Satan. He made His decision and for that there is no recourse. The same is true of some people. The Bible makes mention many times of those whose hearts are hardened to God. If you continue on your path away from God, God will continue to send you messages. It is an act of the will to force them away. In that process, you harden your heart and will ultimately never know salvation, no matter how many times God tried to interview. Free-will is a pain at times. For Satan, come on...I mean he was sitting before God. There is no mystery. So when you turn away from that, there is no hope for you.

As Christians, we should pray for those who haven't yet accepted Christ, the most precious gift of all. Sadly, many people cannot see clearly, and are blind by the many things of this world.
