my son got hit on the forehead with a toy phone he had a not i put ice on it and its almost all down?

should i be concerned it happend around 2 1/2 hours ago he didnt do anything different he kept playing and running is it ok to put himm to sleep for his nap

He sounds fine. Ice it again later tonight. He'll have a bump and bruise for a few days, but it doesn't sound like anything serious.

He is probably just fine. If he didnt throw up and his pupils are equal, he most likely doesnt have a concussion.
