How would you expect strangers to answer this question? Guys generally don't care about eye and hair color that much or school spirit pretty much at all. I don't want to be mean, but how's the weight? Zits? Are you too picky? Now, you sound kind of young, so it's best not to get too worried just yet. But you need to give off the proper signals. Without coming on too strong, lightly flirt with a range of guys. I'm sure there's probably a few that want to ask you out but are afraid of rejection. Make it easy for them(but not too easy). Avoid hanging out in huge gangs of girls. This can scare guys away. Finally, don't be too clingy or seem too desparate. Don't worry, you're not wierd. Many people take their life looking for love and never quite getting it right. You have plenty of time.

Ha Ha .... Well , you may or may not be weird but how many persons you date cannot make you un-weird if you already are.
And if you are waiting for some romantic proposal to be thrown at you or possibly your girlfriends all have dates and you feel left out ,then you should not feel compelled to have a date for such reasons .This will not give you the assurance you are searching for.Be self confident and enjoy life as you are.

I think your perfect. don't get me wrong or anything, but nobody's weird. I don't care what other people say. if you are sweet, and kind hearted there nothing more to say if some one likes you. and I'm sure you are very pretty, so don't let any body tell you other wise. If your out going that means you probably like more than just a dinner and a movie, anything would make you happy, as long as you have some one special to share your time with. because life is to short to spend it alone. every body needs someone to help them hold on.

No, you are not weird. You are an individual and have your own personality, your own feelings, and needs. If you are a good friend and have good friends, your time will come for dating. Try to concentrate on your goals and enjoy life to the fullest. Good luck.

I'm basically in the same position as you! I've never had a serious boyfriend, but I've had plenty of chances. I'm just too picky/scared.
So far it sounds to me like there's nothing wrong with you. Maybe you intimidate the guys? haha I'm hoping that's the case with me =/
