It IS Romanian, in fact. I'm Italian and it sounded like Romanian to me in spite of the fact that I can't speak it. Anyway just to be sure I googled the longer word "cotcodaceala" and all the pages you get are from Romanian web sites (.ro).
It was a cool question.

Looks like one of the "Romance" languages, but probably not Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.....and not French.
Romansch or Romanian maybe?

I'm pretty certain that it's Romanian but I have no idea what it means. Any Romanians out there?

I can tell that that language is lacking of specific characters, it was directly translated into this alphabet but is missing its original punctuations.

It looks like Catalan, but I don't think Catalan would use a word like 'mai', actually I think it's italian
