just tell her the truth but nicely. you probably don't want to hear this but either way she is going to get hurt so just be nice and but honest to her.

There's no easy way to do it and no matter HOW you do it, she's still going to be hurt. You can be as nice, gentle, etc., she's still going to feel the same pain. It's a part of life though and time will heal her wounds.

Have no physical contact with her and just tell her that you are not interested anymore. Be firm and do not give in to her pleadings. She may have a hard time...but she will get over this.
