it's actually very easy. i learned this technique in cosmetology school. all you need it a high-heat curling iron- the size is your choice, depending on the length of your hair, and how tight or loose you want the curls. all of you do it apply a small amount of mousse throughout your dry hair and let it air dry, giving you some volume and movement. then part off a small section of hair, (two to three square inches) and wrap the hair around the CLOSED iron. do not open it. that will give you ringlets, not the loose waves she has. so, again, just wrap your hair around the outside of the barrel of the iron, and hold it for about a minute, then let it go. spray each curl with hairspray after you curl it.
hope i helped, good luck!

Attach extension cords to any battery terminals. Oil the hair well with coconut or palm kernel oil. Virgin Olive Oil should be avoided because you might get the wrong impression of the state of your mind when you tap each temple with the extension cords. You will have a mild shock and perhaps a mild burn (you might want to use thin insulating material to negate the burn). The hair should coil, curl and then try to straighten out and leave your scalp. But the coconut oil should restrain it. The coconut oil will give out the smell of scalp and hair being singed together. Its a sticky smell that doesn't let go for days. It should keep curious people at arms length from you.
That's it. Cool.
Dont try this alone. Have a witness nearby to record yr fate should you not recover from it. If it works don't tell yr friends about it because it could have deleterious effects on their, and by implication, your health. Ciao.

When your hair is damp, make a big pincurl and lay the curl in a diffuser, turn it on cool or warm to let it dry. When you take it out of the pincurls, use your fingers to comb it, this allows the wave to stay, then use hairspray to keep the soft wave.
Hope you have fun, you will look 'boo'tiful!

get tons of all over layers! its looks really nice, but you have to use leavein conditioner, if you want it to stay. when you first get it done it wont look like that but after you wash your hair it will beacome curly! i have a similar hair style! bring in the picture to a hair stylist and ask them for layers like in the picture! it really works and no curling irons all the time, no damge done!! it will stay like this with no hassle!

the recent colour is lovable, very age appropriate. be certain you employ a large conditioner although. If it receives too dried out, you will finally end up with numerous breakage and your hair will seem frizzy

you could bring that pic along to a hair dresser but it would cost money or you could curl your hair manly at the ends and fluff it up a bit at the roots
