You only begin to feel positive after you have been hurt when time has passed. IF ever.
I think we learn to move on more than we learn to find positive.

You just have to look at the experience and see what that specific experience can teach you. Sometimes it's more difficult than others, and sometimes it can take time -- years, even -- before the positive feelings or the lesson learned become clear.
And sometimes...there is nothing to be gained, nothing positive, from an experience. I am usually able to find SOMETHING positive...but sometimes, just accepting that it was what it was and there was nothing good about it can aid in letting it go and moving on.
Good luck to you.

Goodness gracious I wish I knew.
I suppose one good thing I've learned so far is that when someone mistreats you with no good reason, it's not your fault... even if you feel like crap about it.
