Those newspapers come out with a lot of crap and you are right with them. Was Jesus cliaming to be Augustus Octavian. Or was Octavian claiming to be Jesus?

a little lesson for you...

Alpha is the first letter in the greek alphabet
Omega is the last letter in the greek alphabet

it was a figure of speech... like saying you have everything from A to Z...

just what papers are you reading... they might be suitable for lining a bird cage or kindling a fire, but not much more.

Alpha means first and Omega means last. In other words, God is first and last.
The beginning and the end.
The top and the bottom.
