I have this problem where i get REALLY nervous .. i can probably get tablets for it or something but i want to try and improve on not being so nervous myself, not through tablets.
When i say nervous i mean physical sick and my head hurts and my stomach feels all tight and whats worse is it is over the most stupid things like going for a meal with work.
does anyone know of any ways of making myself more carm and relaxed.
i have tryed rescue remedies but they dont work.

i get that sometimes.
what i've learned to do is breathe deeply and slowly and think to myself that this is stupid and to calm down. bring yourself back to reality and look at it in an outside perspective and realize how uncalled for it is. maybe count in your head or count your breaths. use a mechanism to remind yourself to calm down- i read online that if you tap your clavicle (bone on your chest/under your shoulder that sticks out) then it will calm you down. this may just be because you link this action with taking control of your feelings, so it either works as placebo or it reminds yourself.
also, meditation and exercise every week works to release calming and feel-good chemicals in your body.
just remember that these feelings are caused by your own brain and thoughts and you can have complete control over this by assessing the situation and assessing the feelings, and then telling yourself to calm down and to just stop.

Sounds like you have anxiety disorder. Google both words together for symptoms and see if you can relate and what kind of help you can get. Good luck.
